As we start December, I am already looking forward to January 1st. That is when I start my 30 days of self discovery. I usually do this a few times throughout the year, picking something I wanted to try or improve on something I have done in the past. This January, I am doing the 5 Tibetan Rites exercises for 30 days. I have become familiar with this form of exercise in the past couple of years. I have done them before, but not everyday for 30 days. I am looking forward to seeing how I feel physical and spirituality. These 5 Tibetan Rites are based on the premise that we have 7 energy centers within all of us (Chakras). As we age, these energy centers start to slow down and that is when are bodies and mind start to decline. This can leave us vulnerable to disease and chronic ailments. By doing these 5 exercises, you can reset and increase your energy centers.
