Making time for me does not have to create more stress. It is a simple act of kindness that you are bestowing on yourself. It can be as easy as having your favorite beverage in a special cup or glass and just enjoying the aroma and flavors or sitting in a chair and relishing the view and sounds of life. Do something that you want to do, put yourself on that "To Do List". Maybe watch the sunset or the moonrise. Take time to show yourself that you are worthy, it does not have to take days or hours, it can be simply just a few minutes.
