The Forgotten System-Part 2

What would be the reasons that your lymph was backed up. Here are some common ones; lack of movement, dehydration, stress, digestive imbalances, eating processed foods and chemical exposures (skin and body products, pesticides, cleaning product etc.). There are many different ways to help move your lymph.


1. Get moving, any form of movement/exercise. Walking, yoga, swimming, even bouncing on a exercise ball at your desk or jumping on a mini re-bounder/trampoline.

2. Stay hydrated, use the color of your urine to help determine your hydration levels. Here is a helpful chart www.health.nsw.gov.au/environment/beattheheat/Pages/urine-colour-chart.aspx If you dislike the taste of water, you could add some fresh squeezed lemon juice to enhance the flavor.

3. Dry Brushing, you can do this in the morning or evening, this increases blood circulation and helps with lymphatic drainage throughout the body.


There are many methods to choose from. You can use different variations throughout the week. The goal is to help keep your body balanced.
