What's for Dinner?
I have included a few recipes that I make almost every week. They are simple and delicious.
Both of these recipes uses olive oil with the roasting temperature of 400. Since 400 degrees is the limit smoke point for olive oil, I prefer to use avocado oil. Avocado oil has a smoke point of nearly 500 degrees which makes it perfect for roasting and grilling. If you have never used avocado oil give it a try. It does not add any taste or flavor.
