What's Next? With the Holidays behind us and a New Year approaching, this is a great time to get our goals/resolutions in order. Whatever the resolutions may be, a New Year feels like a perfect time to start a new beginning. The key for maintaining those resolutions is not to overwhelm yourself. Start with the most important one to you; just one. In February, add another one. Remember, it doesn't matter if it is a New Year, a new month or the beginning of a new day.
